VakVarjú Restaurant, formerly known as VistaCafé, is probably the most kid friendly restaurant in Budapest. Not only do they offer menus and cutlery for kids they also have a kid’s corner where your little ones can play once they get restless by the table. If you are still not convinced that this is a kid friendly restaurant, go on the weekends for a peaceful lunch with your partner while their nanny watches over your kids.
Their signature dish is 'Kenyérlángos', a Hungarian specialty similar to pizza, that comes with a selection of toppings. Reasonably priced two and three course lunch menus are offered daily and live piano music sets the mood in the evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available. This is one of the few restaurants where your kids will eat all their food and won't want to leave. So bring them, they will love it.
VakVarjú has three locations. The one in the city center was the first to open. Both the Pest and the Buda locations are open year round and the Kopaszi gát location is seasonal, open from Spring to Fall.
