The Danubius Health Spa Resort Hélia is a conference hotel with a spa and wellness center located approximately two miles from the center of Budapest, on the banks of the Danube facing Margaret Island. The natural thermal water from the nearby Margaret Island that feeds the hotel's spa is famous for its healing and soothing powers.
The hotel has 8 suites and 254 air-conditioned rooms, most of them overlooking the Danube, Budapest's Margaret Island and the Buda hills. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop. The Jupiter Restaurant serves international cuisine along with live music in the evenings. Their Danubius Healthy Choice program offers an assortment of healthy, light dishes and organic food. The café, in the lobby, poolside and on the terrace, provides wellness menus, drinks, a selection of cakes and tea and coffee specialties. During 'Happy Hour', from 4-6 pm, cocktails are on sale at half price.
