The Mamaison Hotel Andrássy Budapest was designed and built in Bauhaus style by Alfréd Hajós in 1937. The hotel was completely renovated in 2007. With spacious rooms and suites featuring contemporary interior design, the Andrássy Hotel is a unique 5-star boutique hotel and Hungary's first acceptance to the collection of 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World' and 'Hotels and Preference'.
Hotel amenities include an on-site restaurant, 24-hour front desk, room service, business services, multilingual staff, banquet facilities, private parking facilities, a terrace and airport transportation (for a fee). While the Andrássy Hotel does not have its own spa and fitness facilities, guests have free access to the Izabella Fitness Center at their sister property, the Mamaison Residence Izabella Budapest. In-room massages are also available on requests plus the famous Széchenyi Baths is walking distance from the hotel. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The hotel's Baraka Restaurant is worth a separate mention. The kitchen, led by talented Hungarian chef Norbert Biro, serves up a fusion of flavors from the East and the West, including fish, seafood, beef, lamb and vegetarian dishes. Buffet breakfast is served in the mornings.

The Andrássy Hotel is located in the exclusive Embassy neighborhood just off Pest's Andrássy Avenue. It's a quite, residential neighborhood with nearby public transportation. The Bajza utca stop along the Millennium Underground line (M1) is two blocks from the hotel for easy access to the city center. Heroes' Square, City Park, the Museum of Fine Arts and the famous Széchenyi Thermal Baths are only a 5-minute walk away.
