This annual festival celebrates the bridge's birthday with events held on eight weekends from June to August. Closed to traffic, the Chain Bridge is transformed into a huge pedestrian precinct with performances by live bands, dancers, musical ensembles and a groups of actors telling stories. There is also a handicraft fair on the banks of the river Danube.
