Between November 26th, 2011 and January 2nd, 2012 the square in front of the Basilica gives home to a charming Christmas fair. There's an ice-rink in the middle surrounded by a number of vendors selling Christmas-themed arts and crafts, mulled wine, pálinka, fried sausages and other tasty fares. The ice-rink is small, but if you feel like hitting the ice during the holiday season, it's the perfect place to be.
