Budapest's already vibrant festival scene adds circus arts to its repertoire in 2012. The Budapest International Circus Festival, held every two years, features world class artists and acrobats. It's a celebration of circus arts and it also serves as a platform to launch the carriers of many acrobats, fire eaters, jugglers, gymnasts, dancers, clowns, stilt walkers and other artists capable of super-human feats and mind-banding stunts.
The Budapest International Circus Festival is the biggest event of its type in Hungary. The circus festival showcases 30 performances by artists from 17 countries. The 5-day festival ends in a gala performance featuring the top performers.
