This small and colorful wine bar and wine shop is not dedicated to the spicy Kadarka grape as the name would suggest. Instead, Kadarka offers a selection of classic Hungarian varieties from small, family owned wineries. It's a popular place with the locals to sample Hungarian wine and to pop in for a wine spritzer. Cheese plates, freshly made pogácsa (a type of pastry made with bacon, potato or cheese), patés and sandwiches are available to accompany the wine.
For wine tasting, Kadarka offers 30 to 40 different varieties daily.
