Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Budapest's busy downtown?
The Buda Hills has a variety of outdoor activities, including horseback riding. A good place to mount up in Budapest is Adyliget. The Petneházy Riding School (Petneházy Lovasiskola) offers open country riding with trails in the hills. There are also pony rides for children. Reservations are recommended.
Getting there: Take bus 56 from Széll Kálmán tér (formerly Moszkva tér) to the last stop, then bus 63 to Feketefej utca, followed by a 10-minute walk.
