Each culinary tour includes a market visit, a cooking class, lots of food tasting, insights into Hungary's gastronomy as well as an off-the-beaten-path glimpse of Budapest. We have made it easy to reserve your spot using the form below.
Food Lover's Day - Package 'A'
Pick-up: 8:30 am - pick-up at your hotel/accommodation, transfer by cab to Central Market Hall
Central Market Hall tour: 9 am - meet your foodie guide followed by a tour of Central Market Hall
Cook: 10 am - cooking class starts at Chefparade's Cooking School in Pest with a short overview of the dishes and recipes (option 1. Goulash soup, Meat balls with green pea gravy and 'Palacsinta', option 2. Potato soup with sour cream & sausage, Chicken paprikash with dumplings and 'Palacsinta')
Eat: 1 pm - eat what you cooked accompanied by a glass of wine
Culinary tour: 1:30 pm - a culinary walking tour in the city center
Coffee break: 3 pm
Bake: 3:30 pm - baking course starts at Chefparade's Chocolate Factory with a short overview of the sweets (option 1. A typical Hungarian pastry: Floating island, Cottage cheese balls, Strudel, Chocolate sponge cake (Somlói galuska) or Cocoa snail cake, option 2. Chocolate bonbons with Hungarian fillings, like Unicum, marzipain, pálinka brandy, walnut or poppy seed)
Standard package is EUR 159 per person. Premium package upgrade is EUR 39 per person. Upgrade includes one bottle fine Hungarian wine + one Culinaria Hungary cookbook + one Chefparade apron and a box of handmade chocolates.

Eat some more: 4 pm - eat what you cooked accompanied by a glass of wine
